At Here & There, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange and must be put in the mail within 10 days of the delivery date. Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.  

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit once the item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Fee
A $10 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your store credit.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us so we can assist with availability and next steps.
